Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with KrazyFamL. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store.

 

1. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • During peak periods, holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Where we ship

 

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (excluding reachable area based on carrier)
  • United States (excluding reachable area based on carrier)

 

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or certain remote locations unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

3. Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight or size

4. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: [7-14 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: [4-8 business days]

United States

  • Standard Shipping: [4–10 business days]

International

Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, remote locations, or high shipping volume.


5. Order tracking

 

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.


6. Customs, duties, and import taxes

 

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


7. Delays

 

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates provided, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Postal or courier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections and duties/taxes/fees collection
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Seasonal volume spikes
  • Unexpected events

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has been shipped.

 

8. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

9. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please email us within [3] days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist where possible.
